Visit Information:
On-site visitors are requested to complete registration by scanning the QR code, or proceed to the registration counter with your business card and personal information to obtain a visitor badge.
I. Visit Procedure:
Scan the QR code at the Visitor Registration Desk to register online → Exchange for an Admission Badge and collect the Visitor Guide → Present your badge to venue staff at the hall entrance → Scan your ID card to enter the exhibition hall.
II. How to Obtain Your Visitor Badge:
1. Pre-registered Visitors
Website Pre-registration: Visit the official website and select "Visitor Pre-registration." Complete the online registration form. Upon successful registration, present your pre-registration confirmation number at the self-service kiosk at the "Visitor Registration Desk" on-site to receive your complimentary badge.
WeChat Pre-registration: Follow the official WeChat account "浙江塑料交易会" (Zhejiang Plastics Trade Fair). Select "Visit Registration" from the menu and fill in your personal information. Upon successful registration, present your pre-registration confirmation number at the self-service kiosk at the "Visitor Registration Desk" on-site to receive your complimentary badge.
2. On-site Registrants (Visitors who have not pre-registered)
Complimentary visitor badges are available at the "Visitor Registration Desk" on-site.
