Additional charges for rental services, advertising, and other services must also be paid within the specified timeframe. Failure to do so may result in adjustment or cancellation of the booth by the Organizing Committee, and any consequences arising therefrom shall be borne solely by the exhibitor.

Check-In & Move-In:

Exhibitors are requested to check in at the Organizing Committee Office of Taizhou International Expo Center (No. 8899, Xinhai Road, Jiaojiang District, Taizhou) during October 26–27, 2026, from 08:30 to 17:00. Please bring your exhibitor business card, the signed Exhibition Participation Contract (or Check-In Notice), and a copy of the payment receipt. Exhibitor badges and relevant materials will be issued only after the finance department has verified that all participation fees have been fully settled.

For raw-space booth exhibitors, authorized move-in contractors must proceed to the Service Hall of Taizhou International Expo Center (No. 8899, Xinhai Road, Jiaojiang District, Taizhou) during October 26–27, 2026 to pay the special decoration management fee and construction deposit, and to obtain the "Move-in Construction Pass" before commencing setup. Exhibitors requiring early move-in (1–2 days in advance) or overnight overtime work must submit a prior application to the Expo Center Service Hall and complete the overtime procedures accordingly.

The venue's security department will grant access for booth construction only upon presentation of the "Move-in Construction Pass," and for exhibit placement only upon presentation of the "Exhibitor Badge."

Exhibition Participation Guidelines:

Exhibitors must ensure that all exhibited products fall within the designated product scope of this edition. Any products unrelated to the exhibition found on-site shall result in the cancellation of the exhibitor's participation qualification, and no booth fee refund will be issued.

Exhibitors are required to submit booth fee payments within the prescribed timeframe to secure their booth assignments. Failure to do so will render the previous application invalid, and the Organizing Committee reserves the right to reallocate the booth.

Once the Exhibition Participation Contract has been submitted and confirmed, exhibitors shall not cancel or reduce the contracted booth area and shall be liable for the full payment of all participation fees.

Charges for special decoration electricity/power supply, gas, water, transportation, and other related services are not included in the booth fee. Please refer to the Exhibitor Service Guide for detailed rate schedules.
