I. Venue Service Center: Responsible for directing and coordinating all activities during the event session. On encountering any problem, participants may seek consultancy or report to the center. (Tel.: 0576-82531133)
Service Items
1. Mounting and dismounting exhibits: Hoisting, shoveling and dismounting exhibits entering the venue at the rate of 55 Yuan/ton; the same rate applies to exhibits exiting the venue.
2. Consignment for shipment of exhibits: Union consignment is available at the venue business center; exhibits back-shipment for participating enterprises can be handled.
3. Exhibiting tools rent, fabrication of fascia and exhibiting stand setting up.
4. Release of information & news: During the trade fair session, when needing to hold a new release conference, information delivering conference, cooperation negotiation, new product briefing, technical exchange etc., the concerned organization has to contact the office of the trade fair organizing committee and commence the activity only after approval is granted.
II. Business Center: Typing, duplicating, telephone, fax, visiting card design, ticket booking, tourism, and medical treatment etc.
III. Diet: Providing foods and drinks etc.
