1. Tel/Fax/download/drop in to ask for “Attending Protocol”.
2. Fill out the " Attending Protocol " seriously, stamp on it before fax or post to the organizing committee.
3. Once you are confirmed, 50 percent advance payment should be remitted to the organizing committee within the following seven days, then fax the return receipt to the organizing committee.
4. The organizing committee will arrange the booth according to application date, payment date, and scale of exhibition.
5. The rest exhibition fee should be paid off before July 31st, 2007.
6. Affirm the booth completely. |
