Payment clause: after fax the application form, please make the payment within five working days, and fax the receipt of tele-transfer to +86 576 8253 1004

If we do not receive the payment before the opening ceremony, we will cancel your seats.

Schedule clause：

there will be a confirmation of topics and presenters of the conference. However, if there is any accident, the topics and the presenters may be replaced, changed or cancelled, we are apologized for any inconvenience.

Accommodation clause：
payment for the conference does not include accommodation and transport fees. A discount price is provided by Tai Zhou Kai Yuan Hotel for people who attend the conference.
If anyone is interested in the discount price for accommodation in Tai Zhou Kai Yuan Hotel, please contact us one week before the conference starts.

Simultaneous interpretation：

professional interpreters are provided during of conference (both English to Chinese and Chinese to English).
