Notice for Arranging Exhibition Notice Process of Special Decoration Application Form for Special Installation

I. The business department informs the organization demanding special decoration, asking it to deliver the working drawing and effect drawing to the exhibition venue for reference.

II. The special decoration performing organization enters the exhibition venue and hands in administration cost and deposit.

III. The special decoration performing organization arrives at the security department at No.1 articles exit, fills in the application form for special decoration and meanwhile, the security department will provide notice of special decoration and installation performing certificate.

IV. The special decoration performing organization may put forward applications for usage of fire, consumption of electricity and overtime work etc.

V. The security department sends the application form for special decoration filled in by the special decoration performing organization to the manger of property department. After the manager verifies it and gives his approval, the special decoration performance can be started.

VI. The special decoration performing organization enters the exhibition venue and begins installation. The security guard shall see to the on-spot supervision & direction concerning safety.
