Notice for Arranging Exhibition Notice Process of Special Decoration Application Form for Special Installation

1. Counterfeit and fake products are not to be exhibited.

2. During the exhibition, without permission, the exhibitor shall not withdraw the stand, rent or transfer the stand to others.

3. In case the demonstration equipment demands water or dynamic electricity, the participating organization has to make application to the organizing committee when signing the Agreement of Exhibition Participation.

4. Should the exhibitor fail to pay the required sum of money within one week following the application or the remaining sum has not been paid up by August 20 2006, the organizing committee may not reserve the booked exhibiting stand.

5. To maintain a pleasant integral image of exhibition, the organizing committee reserves the right to negotiate with participating exhibitors and ultimately adjust the exhibiting stand.

6. In the event the exhibited article is not covered by the “exhibited content”, the organizing has the right of denial and will not make refund for the exhibiting stand expanses.
