Jointly sponsored by SinoPec, PetroChina, CPPIA (China Plastics Processing Industry Association), CPMIA (China Plastics Machine Industry Association) and Taizhou Municipal Government, China Plastics Exhibition & Conference (Abbreviation: PEC) is organized once a year by Taizhou International Convention & Exhibition Center Co., Ltd. and China Daily-Necessities Metropolis Corp. The purpose of the event is to promote the development of plastic industry, but not to make profit. It is an established exhibition brand in China, fully endorsed and supported by the plastics industry. It’s a showcase for all the elements of the industry, such as plastic products, raw materials, machines, mould, dies and related technologies. In 2005 and 2006, it was listed as the only exhibition in the plastics industry supported by the Ministry of Commerce of the People’s Republic of China.

Started from a regional exhibition, China PEC has grown up to be a prestigious national exhibition and now it is on the way to internationalization. It grows 15% in scale annually, and this year there will be 1,200 booths with a total exhibition area of 30,000 square meters, 6000 of which will show the best and new plastic products coming from the whole country.
