Notice for Arranging Exhibition Notice Process of Special Decoration Application Form for Special Installation

1. The participating exhibitor has to abide by every administrative provisions of the exhibition venue and obey the unified command and administration from the working personnel.

2. The special decoration performing organization has to provide the working drawing and effect drawing to the exhibition venue for reference. The special decoration is subject to the limitation of 6m height.

3. The performing organization shall appoint a person to take charge of performance and on-spot safety personnel for overseeing on-spot performance management and safety protection. The performing organization shall strictly implement the safety protection precautions; special attention should be drawn to work high above the ground and safe consumption of electricity. During the installation performance, for any casualties and property loss caused by malpractice of the performing organization, the performing organization shall assume the full liability. The party of exhibition venue shall not get involved.

4. Relevant performing staffs of the special decoration performing organization shall start their work with certificates. Personnel without relevant qualification are prohibited from taking part in performance.

5. The performing staffs shall wear the performing certificate issued by the exhibition venue as well as the safety helmet.

6. It is proscribed to remove any equipment within the exhibition venue. Carrying flammables, explosives and toxicants or any items not related to installation performance is disallowed.

7. Driving nails, chiseling holes, sticking posters, scrawling or changing the color on the exhibition material & tool, door, window, pillar or floor, which are provided by the venue, are disallowed.

8. Using double side foam tape, paint or viscose glues like ¡°Lishide¡± etc. on the exhibition tool, wall, pillar and floor is prohibited.

9. Hanging any items to the ceiling without permission is disallowed.

10. Smoking and usage of open flame in the venue are disallowed. If an exhibitor does need usage of fire, he/she should make application to the security department at No.1 articles exit. Application can be carried out after a fire usage certificate is obtained.

11. In the event of any damage on the exhibition venue¡¯s equipment, depending upon the severeness, indemnification has to be made by concerned parties.

12. The administration cost for special decoration will be charged at the rate of 10yuan/£í2. The enterprise needing special decoration has to pay off the charge at one time.

13. Exhibition arrangement time: 8:00~17:00. An exhibitor desiring overtime work has to make overtime work application to the security department at No.1 articles exit.
